Lindy LouHoo

ACO (retired)

Lindy Lou was born in a puppy mill but was rescued when she was four months old by friends of J.T. Taylor and Janet Conner. When she was 8 months old, Lindy adopted Taylor and Conner as her forever humans. In 2016, Taylor, an animal control officer and youth educator, featured "Officer" Lindy at a Pre-K and Kindergarten program. Lindy was so popular with the kids, she inspired J.T. to create the Officer Lindy Project.
